All our guests receive the guest pass Kronplatz card for free use of all public transport, trains and busses, in our region

You will receive the card in paper or digital form at the hotel after check-in.

We invite our clients to send us the details of all partecipants in advance by email in order to carry out the pre-check-in and make the card available to them from the first moment.

The data requested are:

name, surname, place and date of birth, place of residence for each person
+ the details of an identity document of the person making the booking (type and number)
